Are classes recorded? Can I watch them later?

Absolutely! All live sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled students. You'll have access to recordings throughout the program duration and for 60 days after completion, so you can review materials at your own pace.

Do I get a certificate upon completion?

Yes! Upon successful completion of the program, you'll receive a Bayelle IT Solutions Certificate of Completion. For certification programs (PECB, EC-Council, Microsoft), you'll be prepared for official exams and receive guidance on the certification process.

What if I miss a live class?

No problem! All sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You can catch up at your convenience. However, we strongly encourage live attendance for interactive learning, real-time Q&A, and networking with peers.

What's your refund policy?
